How Municipal Ordering Works
- Send a quote request with the products, quantities, delivery ZIP code and your tax status (municipal / government). One request can cover several products; list them in the project details.
- Get a written quote that includes shipping to your site. Large or multi-roll orders are quoted for freight.
- Tax-exempt? Send your exemption certificate with the order and we set it up without sales tax.
- Delivery: most orders ship within 4 business days by common carrier and arrive 3 to 6 business days later. Tell us if the site needs a forklift or liftgate for unloading.
